Standard Metal Parapet Coping
Metal Parapet Coping can be installed on most flat roof applications. The benefits of completely encapsulating the parapet tops are second to none. With a new roof system and our custom Parapet Coping you'll have peace of mind knowing you're completely covered by Kare.
Installation
All Parapet Coping will be installed with a 22ga cleat fastened to the parapet top. The roofing membrane will be wrapped up and over the parapet top and the Coping Cap will be clipped over and secured. This will create two layers of protection around the entire perimeter of the home.

Typical Metal Parapet Coping Installation. The Black roofing membrane wraps up and over the parapets leading edge.
Typical Metal Compression Drip Edge termination. This Drip Edge design allows the Owner to pick from a multitude of color options.
Typical TPO Metal Drip Edge termination. This termination is common for homes without paraept walls. Limited to White and Tan .
