What is Soffit and Fascia?
Soffit: The horizontal material below the roofs leading edge, typically on pitched roofs.
Fascia: The vertical material below the drip edge and adjacent to the Soffit.
There are many different types of fascia and soffit materials. Kare Roofing specializes in all modern Soffit and Fascia installation.
Metal:
Metal Soffit and Fascia is just that, metal encapsulating composite or wood substrate material. Both can be fabricated from Aluminum, Steel, Copper and even Stainless Steel. Color selection is limitless.
Composite:
Whether its Wood Fiber or Cement we've got you covered. 80% of homes currently have Composite materials installed. We can leave the existing material and install metal over, or remove and replace with the original materials.
